Logistics & Booking
Do I need to provide access to water or electricity?
No. Our mobile detailing units are completely self sufficient. We bring our own purified water and professional grade, quiet power sources. All we require is a safe space to work on your vehicle.
What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?
For most of our services, including interior work and maintenance washes, we can work in light rain using our professional pop up shelters. However, for services that require perfect conditions, like Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating applications, we will contact you in advance to reschedule for the next available clear day. Your vehicle’s flawless finish is our priority.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and direct bank transfer. We do not accept card payments.
How long will you need my vehicle for?
This depends entirely on the service. A Maintenance Package may take a few hours, while a multi stage Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating application can be a multi day process. We will give you a clear time estimate when you book.
Service Specifics
What is the difference between a Stage 1 and Stage 2 Paint Correction?
A Stage 1 is a gloss enhancement polish. It is designed for vehicles with minor paint defects. It will significantly improve gloss and clarity, removing around 60 to 70% of the swirl marks. A Stage 2 is a full restoration process. It involves a heavier cutting stage to remove deeper swirl marks and scratches, followed by a refining polish to restore a flawless, deep gloss. A Stage 2 aims for the maximum possible defect removal.
How long does a professional ceramic coating last?
Unlike waxes or sealants that last for a few months, a professionally applied ceramic coating forms a semi permanent bond with your paintwork. Depending on the specific coating and how the vehicle is maintained, our coatings provide multiple years of protection.
Can you fix deep scratches?
Paint correction can permanently remove imperfections within the clear coat layer of your paint. This includes most swirl marks, holograms, and light scratches. If a scratch is so deep that you can feel it with your fingernail, it has likely gone through the clear coat and will require a bodyshop repair. We can safely improve the appearance of such scratches, but we will always provide an honest assessment.
